Important News about Banking Arrangements (29.07.09)

FOR YOUR ATTENTION! Additional Banking Arrangements!

We have decided to allow Direct Banking into our accounts for moneys payable to the district.

For those clubs using internet banking it will be both time and cost saving.

However for clubs using this facility it is essential that their Club name and event code be shown in the reference section, and that a confirming advice of the deposit be sent by fax or email to the District Secretary.

All event nomination forms, affiliation fee invoices and the like will include Bank Account details and the required code used for our internal record purposes.
