All the people listed in the Committees shown are volunteers. In a voluntary Association such as this, the process of decision making and implementation flows generally from the clubs to the Management Committee.

Broad policy is made at a meeting of Delegates at General Meetings then given to Management and Committees for refinement and then translated into executive action.

The Management and sub committes are in place to do the bidding of the Member Clubs.       Amen!
