Ladies District Championship Singles 2010:

The final of this event was played on 23rd June, 2010, at Jindalee Bowls Club. Congratulations to Estelle Janke, of Algester, who defeated Eryn Brightwell in a close match, 25-24.

Ladies District Championship Pairs 2010:

The final was played at Jindalee Bowls Club on Wednesday 14th April 2010, with Debbie Farley and Beryl Blackwell from Algester winning a close match over Andrea Ott and Lesley Benhke from Swifts. The final result was 18-17 after an extra end.  Both semi-finals also required extra ends to determine the winners, which shows how close the games were.  Well done to all.  Photos are available for viewing on the Photo Album Page

Ladies District Championship Fours 2010:

Result: The final was played on 18th March at Ipswich United Services Club, with Di Jackson, Sally Lyons, Rhonda Goetjens, and Teresa Smedley from Algester defeating Marjorie South, Lyn Buckman, Julie Ezzy, and Liz Parry from Sunnybank in an exciting game.  The score was 18-17 in favour of Algester.  Photos are available for viewing on the Photo Album Page
